Alpha Management Corporation, a family-owned company, was founded by Anwar Faisal with a vision to redefine the local property market through innovation and integrity. What began as a small venture has grown into a leading real estate firm with a strong presence across Greater Boston.


Today, Alpha Management owns, develops, and manages a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Allston, Brighton, Jamaica Plain, Fenway, Back Bay, Brookline, Somerville, Malden, Medford, Newton, Boston, West Roxbury, Cambridge and Norwood.

Anwar Faisal

A Journey of Vision and Determination

Anwar Faisal was born in the Gaza Strip, Palestine, with big aspirations and a firm belief that education would be the key to his success. After graduating from Ain Shams University in Egypt, he began his career in Saudi Arabia, working in the construction industry and gaining valuable experience.


Driven by a passion for learning and a commitment to excellence, Faisal moved to the United States to pursue higher education, earning a master’s degree in communications. 


In 1984, he seized an opportunity to purchase his first property—a modest one-bedroom, 590 sq. ft. apartment. That single investment marked the beginning of an extraordinary journey. Today, Anwar Faisal owns thousands of units across the Greater Boston area, many located near the city’s renowned universities.


Through Alpha Management Corporation, Faisal has dedicated over three decades to helping domestic and international students find affordable housing and simplifying the rental process for all.


His success in real estate has also enabled him to give back generously. Faisal donates one-third of his income to charitable causes and has funded the development of two mosques in Brighton for the Islamic community. He is a proud sponsor of The Boston Islamic Seminary, The Palestinian Cultural Center for Peace, and actively supports numerous schools and hospitals.
